Job description
We are looking for a highly qualified Urban Maintenance Specialist to join our team providing infrastructure services in urban areas. The main goal of this position is to ensure the efficient, safe, and sustainable maintenance and upkeep of urban facilities such as streets, sidewalks, parks, and other public spaces. You will be responsible for overseeing cleanliness and order, as well as improving and maintaining infrastructure in urban districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and technical maintenance of urban infrastructure.
- Organize and oversee street cleaning, sidewalk maintenance, park upkeep, and other public area services.
- Identify and address problem areas in urban structures, such as road damage, lighting issues, or landscaping problems.
- Collaborate with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to improve service quality.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation on completed tasks, expenditures, and inspection results.
- Monitor and ensure safety standards are met on work sites.
- Develop and implement plans for sustainable development and environmental management of urban spaces.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in engineering, construction, urban studies, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of standards and regulations for maintaining urban infrastructure.
- Ability to operate technical tools and equipment for urban facility maintenance.
- Familiarity with modern project management methods and engineering solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
